Two weeks ago @lucasrangit and I met at c-base and talked about some things we would like to improve.

First off: @lucasrangit build a new mate light controller that inherits the voting functionally from his previous hack. Thanks lucas.

What we would like to do is this:

Regular Meetings

• Lets have a regular meet at the c-base to discuss things concerning the BHNT, share knowledge and actually get know the ppl behind the scenes and share contact information. I will not be reachable by my mail address from January on anymore.

Improve technical setup

The mate light controller being replaced is a great step towards a more reliable setup. I will buy a raspberry 4 for people that want to present, but lack a laptop.

Ideas:

• Setup own BHNT WiFi (not that expensive, i do have small minirouter)
• Fix the loose connection between laptop and multiplexer.
• Have a webcam at the ready for hardware hacks.

In other news

• I am trying to acquire a locker within the c-base for our stuff (shirts, hardware). If you know someone, who is not using his/her locker - that would be great.

In January i would like to present my "hack" of a Jeopardy system and then would like to play a game after the BHNT.

The locker is not in the game anymore. We do however have a big bag of shirts and more storage room in the room right next to the bar. Once you enter the storage room to your right hand, bottom shelf, is some room dedicated to the BHNT.

I would love a in person meeting with all you guys/gals to sync once.
