我安装了VS2019和Cmake但是generate-vs-project.bat运行选项选择完只生成文件夹，文件夹里没东西。 #7

我安装了VS2019和Cmake但是generate-vs-project.bat运行选项选择完只生成文件夹，文件夹里没东西。build.bat也是只生成文件夹但没有东西！
这是我电脑路径 E:\VSwork_Project\Project_OcrLiteNcnn-1.8.0
没有中文和特殊符号！

打开命令行执行
cmake --version
输出cmake version 3.23.1，代表cmake安装成功。
VS2019，安装时，选中'使用C++的桌面开发'
为了验证编译环境，请下载Project_OcrLiteNcnn-1.8.0.7z
