The raw DNA sequences are available from https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/data/view/PRJEB22384, but download_data.sh will fetch that data for you (not required, only if you want). You can shortcut the slow steps by downloading the table.qza and representative_sequences.qza from this repository and using them for your analysis.
