As a IDIR User I want the internal comment box of wells to be displayed on the Well Summary page for internal/IDIR users So That *I can view the internal comments on the Well Summary page when I signed in with my IDIR *

Additional Context

  • Currently the internal comment box is only visible in the Editing page.
  • The name and date of comments should be trackable (This is likely there already).
  • The internal comment should be only viewable for internal users only.
  • Example/Screenshots for internal comment of the Aquifer:
Comment field in Edit Mode of the Aquifer Summary page:

Proposed position of internal comment field in the main aquifer summary page:

Acceptance Criteria

  • (This is likely already there) Given I am editing a Well, When I add/edit a comment in the internal comment box and save, Then this change (name, date, content change) will be shown in the change history after I click "show" button.
  • Given that there is a comment for a well, When I sign in with my IDIR and on the Well Summary page of this well, Then I can see the internal comment shown.
