Intended to capture what a new developer needs to be onboarded to:

GitHub, add bcgov email as secondary, if employee
GitHub, enable 2FA
GitHub, invite to bcgov and bcdevops org (https://just-ask.developer.gov.bc.ca/)
GitHub repos: portal and metabase admin access
Grant access to OpenShift namespaces (either as second tech lead or through oc commands)
Add to portal sysdig team (https://github.com/bcgov/CONN-CCBC-portal/blob/main/helm/ccbc-tools/templates/sysdigteam.yaml)
Add to metabase sysdig team (https://github.com/bcgov/conn-metabase/blob/main/tools/templates/sysdigteam.yaml)
Invite to Sentry
Invite to Happo.io (ensure email matches email used for account (GitHub, or direct account))
Invite Growthbook
Login to login.nimbus.cloud.gov.bc.ca then request access granted to fapi7b (need to be requested by Mars)
Add to CSS project
Add to SonarCloud repo
