This issue has originally been reported by PML in their issue tracker:https://gitlab.rsg.pml.ac.uk/lakes/calimnos/issues/132

Symptom: Idepix produces a warning but does NOT crash. The output product has no flags set.Copying the old library from a F24 installation into /usr/lib64 works on F27.

Further comments:

PML: This has exclusively happened with Idepix.Sentinel2 v6.0.3. The error message is |20181213:114302|idepix|| On Linux 64bit, you need additional support libraries. |20181213:114302|idepix|| You need to install libgfortran3.In most cases, Idepix proceeds to write an output product (in some cases it fails on an HDF error), but this does not contain any idepix flags (product is all zeroes).
