In the README.md file it's said that hypy.py file is the handler for any interfacing with Hyper-V, but I couldn't find it.

Could you help me, please?

Actually there is no hypy.py. There's a main under hypy directory: https://github.com/avanzzzi/hypy/blob/master/hypy/__main__.py
