New Windows release?

Hi!

Just wondering if a new Windows build might be in the horizon some time soon? 4.3.1 is closing in on 2 years and I was looking at the commits since and there have been a few nice things added there like webp support for example.

I tried building the latest myself and while it seems to have worked in the end, I did have some issues making it work and so I kind of don't trust my own build, new official build would be nice. :)
