Inconsistent OCP Checks ?

While running the Kube-Bench job on OCP 4.5, the node target checks 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 are shown as FAILED. However, on running the same command on the nodes locally, we see the expected output (which should mark these checks as PASS).

I think the error we are getting for checks 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 is because the syntax of the test is incorrect and that returns an N/A or an unexpected result for these tests. In the following I've first run the command fro 4.1.1 as seen in the UI. The second one is the command with my syntax corrections:
