Describe the enhancement requested

As titled.
Since GraphAr is designed for LARGE graph archive and retrieval, a minimum viable runtime engine (a.k.a, MVP) is needed as example.

Can we used an infrastructure of cloud-vendors for that? It could be very cool to have a distributed benchmark / example. I can do a benchmark for GraphAr Spark, but I have no free money to rent an EMR for that...

This feature is mentioned in #18 , @lixueclaire may have some idea or thought
