After viewing the extract_workflow_connections.py:
line 39.
I really think the main difference between compartible_next_tools and standard_connections is qc.
maybe to have that general implemention here, and avoid function
line 83:compatible_next_tools = self.__set_compatible_next_tools(no_dup_paths)

can save some Performance
