Ability add language or Custom tag indicator for local anime

Right now, extensions can show a language tag on posters in the upper right corner when enabled, but local sources always show as OTHER. It would be really handy to add language or custom tags for local sources too. This would help users quickly see and organize content based on language or other preferences, making it easier to manage and find what they’re looking for.

Other details

For me, being able to add a custom tag like Network would be incredibly helpful. Since not all of my local anime is downloaded—some are in M3U format with only video URLs that require an internet connection to watch—having a tag to identify these would save me from checking each episode individually. Currently, I use categories like currently watching, rewatching, airing shows, and on hold, but managing network content often requires creating a separate category, which gets confusing. A custom tag would simplify this process and help me keep track of what I can watch depending on my internet connection.. Currently even though a anime is plan to watch or currently watching i have to put them in network catagory which mixes the entries .
