Please make a comprehensive overview on what's these libs do.

I would also suggest to split these into several projects:

andry81/tacklelib.cc
andry81/tacklelib.sh
andry81/tacklelib.py
andry81/tacklelib.cmake
andry81/tacklelib.vbs

I don't think I can split it and support it that way. Or make a complete overview. There is too much sources.

Well, step by stemp and you can create a summary on what these libs do.
