While the direct lighting should turn off at sunset, indirectly lighting should ramp down slower

seperate direct and indirect lighting ramps
add color ramps, make dawn/dusk more orange
indirect lighting has twilight changes dark blue through to black
water/fog should take color from indirect lighting
