PR preview deployment

To have easier code review, a PR preview deployment would be very helpful.
We should also have a deployment for main so we can compare changes.
This most likely will be needed for #18.

Many solutions can be investigated, please consider using free options only:

• Github Pages
• Cloudflare Pages
• Netlify

netlify even being free you can get expensive quota quite easily (or did they improved it?), otoh they do have an open source plan (same limits as pro plan) that one project can apply to https://www.netlify.com/legal/open-source-policy/

not sure about cloudflare pages open source as I didn't find any infomation about it, only that the free limit is monthly 100 minutes

both have preview bots that will post the links, don't know about github pages
