I need alarm to go on every other Tuesday. Currently (0.4.1+dev202304191622.333.fbc850f-0~ubuntu22.04.1)., alarm cannot handle it and I have to manually ignore the alarm on the wrong Tuesdays.

I've been thinking about this and how it'd be implemented. I'm not sure if this is something an alarm clock should be responsible for.
I'm not saying this shouldn't get implemented, but to me it feels like something that should be in a calendar, rather an alarm clock. For this kind of functionality I use Evolution and a repeating calendar event, but it's only a popup and a minor ding sound rather than a constantly repeating alarm until manually turned off.
