Error in PredictCost() for op: "CropAndResize" with Tensorflow 2.8 #21

I am getting the below error while upgrade the tensorflow version to 2.8, it was running totally perfect in tensorflow 2.5.
With the below warning, it actually impact the trained model accuracy, is anyone also facing the same issue?
