libyara.dll

Does anyone have updated instructions or know how to get libyara.dll? I tried to do the cmake commands, but it seems that yara nolonger has the libs directory or cmake instructions for windows. I tried building it via visual studio, but It just produced a yara.exe file. Also I was able to create a libyara64.lib file, but that didnt seem to work either. Thanks!

We just fixed the dnYara.NativePack NuGet package that allows to catch that pre-compiled libyara.dll (v4.1.1) for Windows (x64).

Also, you will find a new batch script which allows to automatically build libyara.dll for Windows:

• \dnYara\build_yara.bat (build_yara.bat);

With that you should be able to build a new libyara.dll.

Please note that at the moment, dnYara is compatible with Yara v4.0.0 to v4.1.1.
