Probably something like

# create adhoc ssl cert
openssl req -x509 -newkey rsa:4096 -nodes -out cert.pem -keyout key.pem -days 365 
uvicorn --ssl-keyfile key.pem  --ssl-certfile cert.pem aiida_restapi:app
