The olm directory contains a kustomization which will generate Namespace, OperatorGroup, and Subscription CRs. Creating these CRs will install the OpenStack K8S operators and their dependencies.
Observe CRs which will be generated.

Create the CRs.

Watch the OpenStack operator pods start.
