Hello,
Since most countries are now managing the virus or experiencing a second wave, the graph (and what a 45° angle on the graph represents) is far less meaningful as at the start of the pandemic. I would suggest reseting the data to the start of July, and counting only the new cases from there. This would allow better seeing what countries are experiencing exponential growth and make the horizontal axis more meaningful.

Or make it an input for total-cases-offset. Then the first upswing for China would be meaningfull in log-scale
