Automagically pre-populate changeset comment field with previous changeset comment (optional?)

I make a lot of repetitive changesets and would love to save a few clicks of having to click the changeset comment text field and then choosing a previous comment from a list. It would be nice if it could come up with the previous value. But I understand you wouldn't want this by default, so maybe have it as an option somehow.
