MeshCentral messenger (chat) window improvements

I want to suggest an improvement in the chat window. I often receive feedback from clients that they see the text at first, but do not immediately see where they can respond.

• I think that if there is an option to put customizable gray text "Enter your message ..." in the white bar for customer responses it will be much clearer.
• Also, if it is possible to write the first line BEFORE the connection is made, it will be great. Now I'm writing "Hello, I'm XX from YY..." and copying it to the clipboard so it's ready to be pasted later.
• An option to add current operator name added to meshMessengerTitle?
