이슈 내용

현재 로직은 모든 기능이 하나의 클래스 내에 집중되어 있음
향후 Read / Create, Insert, Update 로직은 개별로 분리하여 역할 분리
- Controller, Service layer
추가적으로는 데이터베이스 계층 또한 분리가 목표
