Increase max card-holder length to 34 to support the largest magic test value:
3DS_V2_FRICTIONLESS_NOT_IDENTIFIEDProbably this is not what you want. But at the moment it is not possible to test with magic values longer than 30 characters. Please merge this fix or decrease the length of the magic values.
