I wanted to share a feature idea that might bring additional value to danser. As we're aware, the topic of video encoding using AMD hardware on Linux has been discussed previously. However, I've come across information suggesting that AMDGPU PRO drivers offer more favorable video encoding performance on Linux.

In my personal experience, I've successfully used AMDGPU PRO drivers with OBS to encode 1080p 60fps videos with satisfactory results. Given this, I'm curious about the potential of integrating video encoding support through AMDGPU PRO drivers within danser-go.

While I understand that previous discussions on AMD hardware encoding were met with challenges, I believe it's worth exploring whether the use of AMDGPU PRO drivers could address some of these concerns. Such integration could lead to improved video quality and smoother replay experiences for users that are using these drivers.

If you look at my computer's specification, I think you will be able to guess why I'm asking for that feature. Some users using danser could get better results with hardware encoding on AMD graphics cards, if they are using a low-end processors like mine.

Computer configuration:
Operating System: Arch Linux
CPU: Intel i5 2400
GPU: RX 580 8GB
