Re 6days and Chives, I think the very immediate 17Ad-17 chat segways into possibly recommending Federal supersession of State's right to "unclaimed" cold DRS shares.

We've had quite a few back-and-forths on Discord about this over the years. Perhaps we can come to a consensus on what might be the best policy for investors like us?
