New course codes due to English BSc #18

The previous course codes (TI****) need to be replaced with the new codes (CSE****) in the API parser.

"The API (api.tudelft.nl) will soon be suspended. The API could be replaced later on, but there will be no replacement for this service in the near future. New client registrations will not be accepted.

Please contact us if the availability of the API service is of great importance so that we can search for other solutions."

For some reason, the TU Delft decided that an API is no longer needed. We need to find another way to manage the courses in the system.
