Steam Link Black Screen

Hello,
I am on Quest 3 and I use the steam link app and the app opens and when I look at my display the game is running in vr mode and steam vr sees it running but the headset is just black. Steam Link does not crash nor Steam VR

it's some issue with the newer AMD drivers, last known one to work is 24.5.1
