Wrong Cwd reported in status while running

Jobs are having the wrong Cwd reported by status while running, but it then displays correctly once the job has completed.

eg. for a job with id 6d6d7398ae7e072d6675d7853e263769, the actual Cwd was wr_cwd/6/d/6/d7398ae7e072d6675d7853e2637691770379246/cwd, but the reported one was wr_cwd/6/d/6/d7398ae7e072d6675d7853e2637692002476327/cwd. The last 10 characters are wrong.
