wr manager start
echo "echo 1" | wr add --deps foo -i depOfFoo

runs without waiting for anything with --dep_grp foo to complete. This isn't clear from the help text.

User expects it to start as dependent. Can we special case this? Or improve the help text.

echo "sleep 5 && echo 3" | wr add --dep_grps asd -i asd
echo "echo 4" | wr add --deps asd -i depOfAsd

works as expected
