A new wr user is getting "could not determine the non-loopback ip address of this host" error using default config except for:

cloudos: "Debian 9.4.0"
clouduser: "debian"
cloudflavor: "^o.*$"

debian doesn't have fuse installed, so doesn't work with my s3 stuff. It also failed for him using Xenial. He was tring to do it from a cloudforms server.

Directly attempting wr manager start there also didn't work.
