Project abandoned? (audio error DOMException: Unable to decode audio data)

Seems like the most common issue posted here is the same as mine (no song will load, console showing "audio error DOMException: Unable to decode audio data"). Is this project still actively developed? Did anyone get it to run reliably?

In regard to who is actively developing it: I would say https://github.com/floriegl/EternalJukebox and https://github.com/daviirodrig/EternalJukebox are your best bets
