Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, our course parsing algorithms work to parse 2019-2021.

Describe the solution you'd like
We would like that extended back. There should also be some changes to our DB to allow to specify which year of a course we are referring to.

Additional context
Use the year in the URL as a way to specify.
