Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we have Engineering degrees parsed fairly accurately. We have not done any work to provide options, minors and TEs that are specific to each Eng degree.

Describe the solution you'd like
Accurate data in the database for Engineering degrees.

Additional context
You may need to find the correct URLs for niched/degree specific options and build separate parsing algorithms for each. Try to make as general as possible.
