Suggest: reflect-and-improve half-day

I think our schedule is inverted: currently, we put our new ideas in the course just before a new iteration.

I feel it would be better to improve a course directly afterwards, so that it is fresh in mind.

Also, I feel 1-hour meeting don't help us get work done. Instead, I suggest to work on the course for a half-day, while all working in a shared IRL/Zoom room.

I vote yes. I vote to use a full day, with enough breaks and finish earlier when done
