We would like to ship Tyk configuration files (policies, APIs) along with the container.

This allows us to easily version the changes via Docker Image -> CI Build -> Git

I'm aware of other approaches like Tyk Sync, but for our simple setup it's not needed.

The problem is the current Tyk GW Chart mounts a volume onto all the configuration directories, overriding anything contained in the image.
