There's an error in the schematic - the pins are swapped:
The symbol pinout is correct, but the wire labels are wrong: c_sel_inc should be at QFN pin 24, and c_rst_n should be at QFN pin 25.

Ok, good catch there. Uncrossed the streams heading to chip, changed nothing in terms of headers with commit:
