Table of Content in report.pdf #84

The resulting pdf does have a lot of useful links, that allow the reader to move about the document. However a table of content, where the individual chapters are accessible from the sidebar of many pdf readers is missing. The PDF generation seems very custom, so a way to implement this did not seem apparent.

I am currently experimenting with/developing an additional report generator, this might be a solution, but I need to check if I can come up with replacements for all the used stuff inside the original generator.

My current Idea is to create an asciidoctor intermediate project instead of creating directly a pdf, which then can be build in whatever one needs. This also enables the possibility to theme the whole thing. or export the report as html page.

@softScheck have a look at the adoc report that is created next to the old pdf. does this solve your toc needs?
