Tick the following that apply:

This effect is related to a "Chaos Effect"
This effect is related to the randomizer/patch notes
This effect only occurs during a mission
I can reliably reproduce this bug

Describe the bug
While in turret view, turn left/right and pitch up/down

Expected behavior
You should be able to turn in turret view
