这个功能解决了什么问题

目前使用tree组件展示文件夹目录的节点数据，产品经理不希望拖拽改变文件夹所属的父级，只想让tree节点再同级下拖拽

你建议的方案是什么

希望可以新增1个属性，开启就表示只允许同级拖拽改变顺序
