Update spanish tutorial #59

We made two small but important changes to the tutorial and it would be useful to make them to the Spanish tutorial as well:

using VSCode instead of Atom (Atom is being discontinued soon)
using python3 or node instead of python 2 to run a server

Would you be able to update the ES tutorial accordingly?
