Work with Discord in addition to Telegram.

Minimal features:

Respond to image DMs
Respond to images in guilds, sometimes
- When mentioning bot
- When replying to a message while mentioning the bot
- ~~Reacting to a message with the fox 🦊 emoji (DM the source?)~~
- Automatically for unsourced images, if enabled
Cache images instead of having to re-download if multiple people use reactions
Source channel, like Source channel #91
Slash commands (if possible)

Determine if any Telegram commands are worth porting over.
