To explore how linking schemas in the new ShEx extension works describe a set of interlinked gene shapes. E.g. "non-coding gene" as a subclass of "gene". The "gene" shape would have "zero or more proteins", whereas the "non-coding gene" would be able to specify exactly "zero proteins".
