uPlay Library not being detected

Expected behavior
Well...shouldn't be hard to figure out given the context

Windows 10, 20H2

Installed Launchers

Epic Games Launcher
Ubisoft Connect
Origin
Itch.io (ik it ain't added yet but figured it's worth mentioning)
GOG Galaxy
Facebook (jk but still)
