GUI Assets of the old StarLoader main menu [ARCHIVED]

The GUI changes that the old version of StarLoader used (Neon Theme Main Menu, etc...)
This is not used, old, and just here because some people liked the colors.
Archived - So I don't have to keep them in the mod :3
