List of Feedbacks Addressed:

  • Changed notebook name to "Multi-Person Wearable Data Collection: Chrome Extension for Fitbit"
  • Replace online image with a real picture of my Fitbit after a walk
  • Included bold text for skimming buzzwords throughout the document

Section 1: Wearipedia Extension Setup and Demo

  • Added a short explanation of who this is for and what will be covered in the headlines
  • Highlighted who the data is shared with
  • Specified what the research coordinator needs before getting started
  • Added function to create custom email template instead of default template

Section 2.5:

  • Printed metadata on the HR data
  • Made non-adherence optional with a click button for simulated data

Section 2.6:

  • Added more comments in code for Python newcomers
  • Created 1 plot with multiple users, reducing comparable features
  • Included functions to edit in the same cell

Section 2.7:

  • Created a new, stunning plot comparing multiple participants' data

Section 2.8

  • Implemented outlier detection between sequences
  • Included a general outlier tool with limited assumptions
  • Addd a feature-based comparison tool (HRV analysis)
  • Provided instructions for researchers on initial data analysis

Section 2.9

  • Incorporated population data analysis (e.g., clustering)
  • Showcased emerging patterns in the population data
