First and foremost, thanks @Soreepeong for making this!

Secondly, I was able to adapt the XivMitmLatencyMitigator into a Steam Deck Decky Plugin:

I've submitted the plugin to have it published into the Decky Store and made it into the Testing Store. I need somebody to help me by installing from the Decky testing store and then reporting everything is OK so it can be published properly. Any help is appreciated.
