Issue description

At a frame rate of at least above 250 fps (locked) the tooltip appears to in somewhat of a glitched state until either the cursor is moved slightly or it gradually comes to a hold

2024-07-29.03-22-48.mp4

1440p on a Ryzen 5 7600 and 4070 Super for reference, surprisingly much harder to replicate at 1080p, perhaps due to it not going as high as 2000 fps avg

I went ahead and specifically created a new instance using the same NF and Jade versions only which still results in the same phenomenon
However by the looks of it the issue becomes far more apparent around the 1800 fps mark and mostly when slowly swapping between small and large tooltips, hence why I used the "waxed weathered cut copper slab" as a more extreme example, although I somehow even got it to work between a glow lichen and stone which don't vary in size all that much

Honestly this is more of a nit-picky one as I typically use shaders anyway, yet decided to at least report on its existence
