First of all thank you all for this great contribution and the extensive documentation. Much appreciated.
In the text towards the end it states:
Note: The B2C_CustomerAddress__x object is only used while using the Salesforce Connect integration for the Address Book. If you are using the custom flow/LWC to render the address book within the core platform, it uses the same configuration mapping, but there is no real record created within the core platform.
The above suggests that mapping the addresses from SFCC to SF OMS is still possible in this scenario, but it is not clear to me how this mapping is established? I don't see any records created in the Address object neither in B2C_CustomerAddress__x object. The B2C addresses are visible via LWC & flows but records are not getting created for the same. Is it because the sync for addresses is not working fine or is this an expected behavior?
Any clarification on this is much appreciated.
